At COLD CULTURE™, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
